Yoga for Mind, Body
This course is open to those who are interested in learning the foundations of yoga: the physical postures of alignment, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques, anatomy and philosophy. Classes consist of a lecture followed by the physical practice.

Follow along for the full 10 weeks or join the class in progress, this course is open to all regardless of their level of experience.
